By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility and Registration You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Website. By registering, you certify that all information you submit is truthful and accurate. Your membership is solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Product Accuracy & Manufacturing Tolerance
Visual Representation: While we strive to display colors and textures accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor will display them with 100% precision.
Weight Variance: Due to the handcrafted nature of fine jewelry, minor variations in the final gold weight and diamond carat weight may occur compared to the website specifications. A slight tolerance is standard in the jewelry industry, and any differential amount will be transparently communicated
Certification: All standard diamonds are SGL (Solitaire Gemmological Laboratories) certified , and all solitaire diamonds are GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certified. All gold is BIS Hallmarked (9K, 14K, and 18K).
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Identity Verification
Timelines: Our standard delivery timeline is 15 to 20 working days from the date of order confirmation
Logistics: We utilize highly secure, fully insured logistics partners, primarily Sequel Logistics, to deliver your valuable items
Mandatory ID Check: To ensure secure delivery and prevent fraud, the recipient must present a valid, Government-Issued Photo ID (such as a PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) to the courier executive at the time of delivery. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the package being returned to our facility.
4. Return, Exchange, and Buyback Policy
Standard Returns: Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the tamper-proof tags, original invoice, BIS hallmark, and the original physical SGL or GIA certificate are fully intact.
Customized Jewelry: Jewelry that has been custom-designed or engraved specifically for a client is not eligible for a return or refund. These items are, however, fully covered under our standard Exchange and Buyback policy.
Exchange & Buyback: We offer a 95% Exchange Value and a 90% Buyback (Cashback) on all jewelry. These percentages are calculated based on the MRP or the prevailing market value of the materials at the time of the request.
Lifetime Warranty and Diamond Replacement
Coverage: Veza Creation Private Limited stands by the quality of its craftsmanship and offers a Lifetime Warranty on all Haya Diamonds jewelry against manufacturing defects.
Free Diamond Replacement: As part of our commitment to our customers, if any diamond weighing up to 3 cents (0.03 ct) becomes loose or falls out of the setting during normal use, we will replace and reset the stone entirely free of charge for the lifetime of the jewelry.
Conditions: To claim this warranty, the jewelry must be presented with its original invoice and SGL certificate. The warranty covers normal wear and tear but does not cover deliberate damage, extreme physical trauma to the jewelry, or pieces that have been altered or repaired by third-party jewelers.
